Expense varies server to server - but in my experience any 19 or 29 twink item that's BoE is ratcheted way, way up in price. A lvl 20 boe that's not really a twink item can go for 5g or less (or more) - but twink items start at 20g and range to 40g, 60g, 100g and more (again depending). A lot of times it will be 01249 basally going for burning soul, whh is great for oh spamming when your under pressure, and than just stking a few more into frost.
