I use an addonalled buydropper to automatally stk up on water and reagents when I visit vendors. When I sayarry water, I mean 60 as a minimum. When you are higher with more bag spe youanarry more (I keep 260 water on me). a priest to 70 on horde side on2009-04-28 00:00:00I just finished lvling a priest to 70 on horde side on turalyon. went holy the whole way. while it might have been a bit "slower" i found it to be pretty easy esp with thehanges to spell power. and getting devouring plague now(started out with out it) pw:s, dp, sw:p holy fire and then wand.

What is the best spec for a mage for raiding2009-04-07 00:00:00I am currently frost spec mage and do substantial dps however i constantly hear frostfire is the way to go for max dps i am just wondering from experienced players wat is the spec to go? Frost? Fire? Arcane or frostfire or a mixture of the others. I am open to all opinionsI'm trying to figure that out myself. I'm looking hard at Arcane right now, just because as you get deeper in the talent tree there are some nice plus spell power and haste points.
My problem is that no matter what spec I seem to play around with I'm just not doing the kind of DPS that I would like to be and seem stuck around 1.4 not matter how much haste or + spellpower I pack on.
I know many will jump in here and say that I just don't know how to play my character right, but w/e. I do what I can, but I just don't think that mages are ever going to be the best in raid groups for DPS. They are amazing at soloing, especially as a frost spec, but other classes will be able to do more in raids. I like frostfire alot. Push 2.2k DPS with soso gear.I use frostfire it does the most dmg without elixirs and food i push 23-2500(just self buffs) with flask of the frostwyrm and good food buff i push 27-3000. mine is when i was in WSG (im ally and im lvl 64) and 2 warriors came to me and charge me they both lvl 65 and i was stuned and got out of it freeze em both blink away and and (Pyro + POM-Pyro both crits) 1st warrior down (Arcane blast) missle barrage procs (arcane missles all of them crit) 2nd warrior down to 15%% health then (fire blast) his @ss away.
after that a rouge lvl 69 pwns me lol My warrior was turned into a penguin by a mage, it was the greatest moment ever, Penguin nice me to but then i just pwned him. nice to no your mage moment.
keep them coming in guysOnly worked twice, but now with titans grip this should be a more viable optioon against warriors. Anytime a warrior pops spell reflect throw a poly. The 2 times it worked the warrior gave me about 5 secs b4 he attacked me, which healed me a good deal.
Just so you know there is no buff icon that comes up for spell reflect. So unless u have an addon you have to watch for the animation of the sheild glowing above his head.
